Industrial B2B Manufacturing Policy
1. Scope of Services
A7 CIRCUIT (GST: 24BWXPV1069C1Z4) provides industrial-grade PCB manufacturing India, PCB assembly services, and SMT stencil manufacturing. By placing an order, the Client agrees to these binding terms.
2. Customer Responsibilities & IP
All designs remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of the Client. However, the Client is solely responsible for:
- The absolute accuracy of the uploaded Gerber files, NC Drill data, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Ensuring designs comply with standard Design for Manufacturability (DFM) rules.
- Any functional failures resulting from inherent design flaws, incorrect footprint matching, or improper component selection.
3. Strict Order Policy
Purchase Orders (POs) and web-orders, once confirmed and moved to the production stage, CANNOT be cancelled, rejected, or postponed under any circumstances.
PCB fabrication is a highly customized chemical and mechanical process specific to your data. Once panels are drilled and plated, the materials cannot be reused.
4. Manufacturing Disclaimer & Tolerances
PCB manufacturing is subject to standard industrial variations. Minor tolerances in board thickness (±10%), routing dimensions (±0.2mm), hole sizes, and solder mask registration are permissible and adhere to global IPC acceptability standards. These minor deviations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
5. Turnaround Times
All stated manufacturing lead times are estimates, not absolute guarantees. While we maintain a 99% on-time delivery rate, delays caused by unforeseen machine maintenance, raw material shortages, or complex DFM holds do not make A7 Circuit liable for client-side project delays.
6. Limitation of Liability
A7 Circuit is strictly a contract manufacturer. We are not liable for any secondary damages, loss of profits, or product recalls resulting from the use of boards assembled or fabricated by us. Our maximum financial liability is strictly limited to the total cost of the specific PCB/PCBA batch ordered.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of manufacturing or assembly services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
