What is your standard engineering response time?
Our DFM (Design for Manufacturability) engineers typically review uploaded Gerber files and issue a formal quote within 2 to 4 business hours during standard operating times.
What file formats do you accept for quotes?
We require industry-standard RS-274X or Gerber X2 files, along with NC Drill files. For PCBA assembly quotes, please also include a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel format and Pick & Place (Centroid) data, all compressed into a single .ZIP archive.
Can I arrange an on-site factory audit?
