Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched immediately following the successful completion of the production and final Quality Assurance (QA) phases. The manufacturing lead time selected during quotation (e.g., 24 Hrs, 3 Days, 7 Days) dictates the fabrication speed, not the final delivery date.

2. Delivery & Courier Partners

We partner with premium, reliable domestic couriers (such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and Trackon) to ensure rapid transit. Transit times generally vary between 1 to 5 business days depending on your location relative to our Gandhinagar, Gujarat factory. A7 Circuit is not responsible for logistical delays caused by the courier network, national holidays, or severe weather conditions.

3. Transfer of Risk

All shipments are dispatched on an Ex-Works (EXW) or FOB (Free on Board) basis. This means the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer the moment the package is handed over to the designated courier partner. We highly recommend inspecting the package for external damage before signing the delivery manifest.

4. Industrial Packaging Standards

PCBs and electronic components are highly fragile. We utilize strict industrial packaging standards:

• Bare PCBs: Vacuum-sealed with desiccant and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent oxidation and physical transit damage.
• Assembled Boards (PCBA): Individually packed in Anti-Static (ESD) shielding bags to protect sensitive ICs from electrostatic discharge during transit.

5. Tracking Information

Upon successful dispatch from our factory floor, the Client will receive an automated email containing the Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.
