Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Status

Once an order has entered the physical production stage (panel cutting, drilling, or photolithography), it is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. The materials and machine time dedicated to your custom PCB cannot be recovered or resold.

2. When Are Refunds Allowed?

Refunds or order cancellations are only permitted under two specific circumstances:

• Pre-Production: The client requests a cancellation before the engineering team has approved the DFM and pushed the files to the factory floor.
• Critical Manufacturing Defect: If the delivered boards deviate completely from the provided Gerber files due to a factory error (e.g., missing copper layers, severe misregistration not within IPC tolerance limits).

3. Conditions Voiding Refunds

A7 Circuit will not issue refunds or free remakes if the error originates from the client's data. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Errors, shorts, or missing traces inherent in the submitted Gerber files.
• Incorrect footprints, mismatched pad sizes, or wrong part numbers supplied in the BOM for PCB assembly services.
• Failure of the board to function electronically despite being manufactured exactly as per the provided CAD data.

4. Complaint Window & Replacement Policy

Quality is our priority. If you detect a factory defect, the following protocol applies:

• Reporting Window: Any rejection, shortage, or manufacturing issue must be formally reported via email within 7 to 10 days from the date of physical delivery. Complaints raised after this window will not be entertained.
• Verification: The client must provide high-resolution photographs and a technical description of the defect. We may request the defective boards be shipped back to our Gandhinagar facility for failure analysis.
• Replacement: If the defect is verified as a factory error, A7 Circuit will prioritize a free replacement (remake) of the defective batch. Refunds are only processed if a remake is technologically impossible.
